Run your Olympiad from first draft to final score.
Exovia carries every paper through translation, printing, scanning, blind marking, moderation and appeals, so your jury can show where each point came from.
Built for international and national Olympiads, universities and academic competitions.

Seven steps on one record: write, translate, print, scan, mark, moderate and publish.
Follow one sheet from question to result.
Every step works on the same record, so nothing is retyped, re-exported or carried between teams on a USB stick.
-
Write the paper
Authors write each question as structured content: text, formulas, tables, figures and answer boxes with their points. The printed pages render live as they type, and an approved question is locked before anyone translates it.
-
Translate it for every delegation
Each delegation translates beside the original and checks its own PDF, typeset properly in right-to-left and CJK scripts. When the original changes, translators see exactly what changed before they confirm.
-
Print a booklet for each candidate
Delegations say who sits the paper in which language. Exovia renders a booklet per candidate, puts a code on every page, and sends the jobs to the printers in your venue.
-
Scan the answers back
Feed answer sheets through an ordinary office scanner, in any order. Each page is matched to its candidate and question by its code. Missing pages are named, and a bad sheet costs one rescan, not the whole stack.
-
Mark blind, tick by tick
Markers work from a candidate code and never see a name. They tick rubric items against the answer boxes, and every score is the sum of its ticks.
-
Moderate with the delegations
Delegation leaders review their own candidates' marks and propose changes. The jury settles each case and signs it off, and the mark it replaced stays on record.
-
Publish results that hold up
Appeals add a new result revision rather than editing the old one. Each delegation sees its own candidates' final totals, and only once the competition is complete.
Every delegation works in its own language.
Translators write beside the original and check their own PDF, typeset the way their language is printed.
- Right-to-left and CJK scripts, with formulas and units kept intact
- When the original changes, the changed text is marked before anyone confirms
- A confirmed translation is sealed when the delegation submits
Paper in, verified scripts out.
Print a booklet per candidate on the printers you already have. Afterwards, feed the answer sheets through an office scanner, and Exovia files every page under its candidate.
- Every page carries a code, so scan order does not matter
- Problems come first, naming the exact missing page
- A sheet that cannot be read costs one rescan, not the whole stack
Fairness you can show, not just promise.
Every Olympiad ends with questions about a mark. Exovia keeps the answer on record, enforced by the system rather than by a policy document.
-
Blind marking
Markers work from candidate codes. Names stay with the organizers.
-
Every point has a reason
A score is the sum of rubric ticks on named answer boxes, so any mark can be traced to what earned it.
-
Papers know their source
Each generated PDF records the revision it came from and a checksum, so you can prove which version a candidate was given.
-
Nothing is overwritten
Questions, translations, rubrics and results keep every version. An appeal adds a result revision and never edits the old one.
-
A complete audit trail
Every important action is recorded with who did it, when, and to what.
-
Results for the right eyes
A delegation sees only its own candidates' final totals, and only once the competition is complete.
